How to reset Railo Admin passwords

I ran into a situation tonight where I needed to reset the admin passwords for Railo, its super easy but figuring out where to do it was a little bit of a pain. Here's how you do it,

Railo Web Admin
Navigate to your application's web root (e.g. C:\inetpub\wwwroot\myapp\) and then edit the following file,

{web_root}/WEB-INF/railo/railo-web.xml.cfm

Railo Server Admin
Navigate to the Railo installation directory (e.g. C:\railo\) and edit the following file,

{railo_install_root}/lib/railo-server/context/railo-server.xml


Replace the following line of code:
<br /> <railo-configuration <br />     password="b25c92ac...." <br />     serial="3c104114 ..." <br />     version="2.0"><cfabort/><br />
with
<br /> <railo-configuration <br />     serial="3c104114 ..." <br />     version="2.0"><br />

Then recycle the Railo service to ensure the changes get picked up.

** Make sure you leave in the serial attribute, if you forget you will have to reset it in the admin and most likely reset all of your settings like it does the first time around.
